I lost 15
lbs Reviewer: Mike 07-20-2004 i lost 15 lbs and it was
steady weight loss. It was difficult to follow though. The best part is you
don't have to exercise, although I would prefer to, you don't have to.

Not a good
diet Reviewer: Moises 04-28-2004 eating 6 times a day
didn't sound right. So i tried it and well I was right. This diet didn't work.
It was difficult to follow and I don't even think I lost any weight.

Too much

easy to figure out. I don't have time to calculate and hunt down certain foods.
This diet may work for others but it doesn't work for me
