  • Claudia Schiffer drinks lots of green tea.
  • Melanie Griffith drinks healthy smoothies.

In other words, each star has their own weight loss system that works for them.  Clearly, because the stars have support from their personal trainers and personal chefs and are paid to look slim, they achieve weight control that only the rest of us fantacize about. Celebrities have incentives and motivation beyond what the rest of society has to look great in all ways always.
