I started this diet almost
a year ago and have been losing weight and keeping it off. For only 7 bucks a
week I am losing 1 or 2 pounds a week. Even today (almost a yr later) I am still
steadily losing the weight and keeping it off. I like the fact that I can cook
my own meals. The supplements are a great help as well.

But the cost is too
high. I didn't think it was worth the risk. I have spend $$$ on several diet
plans over the years and I wasn't about to waste more money on another failure.
Maybe if there was a try before buy plan then I would have give it a chance.

Its been about 12 weeks
and I have lost a steady 10 pounds. I know that its not much compared to other
diets, but its steady and I really enjoy this diet. I think this is a diet I can
stay with for years.

After a year
with LA Weight Loss I have probably spent well over $600 on diet fees,
suppliments, juice, etc. But I do enjoy it. It works, i have lost alot of
pounds. I figure $600 isn't that much to spend considering If i did n't spend it
here then I would probably spend it on junk food like chips, soda and candy.
Overall I give this diet 4 stars.

The cost of this diet
turned me off from day one. There is no way an average person like me could pay
over $30 per month plus extras. I wouldn't last more than a few months.

Not worth it. You have to
spend $5 here, $10 there, plus $8 bucks a week, plus food, that all adds up to
alot of $$$.
