she tried or what diet plan she followed. Within 90 days, this mother of three,
was able to slim down to a size 4 to 6. She lost 10 inches across her midsection
as well during this short time.
The Body Flex teaches you the
secret to burn fat. You will lose dress sizes while firming and sculpting your
body. This diet claims to do it in only minutes a day while sitting down. There
is even a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

I have the Body
Flex system Reviewer: Blackberry 03-13-2004 I have had
the Body Flex system since last summer, early fall. I fell in love with it!!
After sitting at home and watching the infomercials, I decided to order. It
does not lie. After the first 2 weeks, I lost 15 inches throughout my entire
body. My mid- section has always been the hardest for me, even before I had
my daughter. But when I saw that I lost 3.5" from my upper abs, 2" from my
waist and 2.5" from my lower abs in the first week, I wanted to cry. I found
something that works ( not to sound like to infomercial) but it does. Every
week I started the see that my waist size was getting smaller, my hips
started to come in, with very little effort. However, I wasn't losing weight,
which really put me in a funk, but I could see that I was losing inches.
Nonetheless, my "workouts" got less and less until I didn't do it anymore.
The infomercials didn't show that much on t.v. anymore, So I was less
motivated to do the tape. Watching the commercials got me to get the tapes in
the first place and now they were gone. Then I started to notice more and
more infomercials about this Tae Bo. So, again from infomercials; I got the
tapes. I've been doing it for about 2 weeks, 5-6 days a week. IMHO, I like
the Body Flex better. Don't get me wrong, I have heard and read a lot of good
things about the TaeBo, but in just about every case scenario, it took 6
weeks to see results. Some claim 3 weeks. But with Body Flex, you see results
the first week. My logic: one week sonuds A LOT better that 6. I really
wanted to incorporate the two together. But when I sat down and didn't use
the Homer Simpson side of my brain to think, you get the same quality of
workout from the non-sweaty, non-gyrating Body Flex as you do with the Tae
Bo. I think I will still do the TB for the fun, but I'm going to stick with
the non-dictative methods of Greer Childers.

Using BodyFlex for
about A Month Reviewer: Amy 07-13-2004 I have just
started using Body Flex about a month ago. I know it seems like an outrageous
thing to do, but I really enjoy this program and have noticed positive
effects. I have a friend who does aikido and he said that the breathing
technique used in Body Flex was familiar to him. I have only been doing it
once a day and skip one or two days a week, so I'm not really doing it as
much as I should be. I found that the first week I felt extremely
fatigued, like I had been doing heavy aerobics daily. I also experienced the
soreness in muscle groups like you get when you lift weights. I have lost a
few inches all over and have noticed toning as well. I plan to step up the
program and get to doing it twice a day because although I was fatigued at
first, I did notice increased energy while exercising and for several hours
afterward. The exercises did become much easier to do after the first week as
promised by the program. I experienced a lot of coughing at first, but this
as well is reduced after your body becomes accustomed to the increased
oxygen. I feel great using it and would recommend it to others to try. But
like I said, I have only been doing it a month. I don't know how much I've
lost, but I'm wearing pants that I had put away because I "grew" out of them.
I could not in any way zip them before and now I wear them comfortably. I
have not been doing any other weight loss programs in conjunction, although I
do watch my fat intake and I don't smoke or drink alcohol, tea, or coffee. I
am trying to decide whether to start doing the Body Flex twice a day or once
a day plus walking/jogging.

It works for
me Reviewer: Marguerite 07-10-2004 I have both Body Flex
I&II videos. I was skeptical. Well, I made the purchase anyway. Greer
Childers is the 52 year old woman who attended a spa for two weeks where she
learned about the breathing techniques that burn fat. I listened to her
presentation four times on HSN before I was convinced. Making all of the loud
breathing sounds was weird at first. I committed to doing the exercises with
Greer for 15 mins twice a day for a week. Believe it or not, I lost 10
inches off of my body (arms, thighs, bust, waist, etc) total the first week.
Okay, I thought this was a fluke. I'll try it again for another week, I
thought. I lost 6 inches the next week!
I'm on my third week. I
measure tomorrow. All I know is that my clothes are too big. It sounds too
good to be true, but Childers made a believer out of me.

Just
Curious Reviewer: unknown 07-13-2004 Just saw an
infomercial on tv about Body Flex (not Body Blade). The primis is using
accelorated breathing to lose inches. I've have tried Calenathics and it is
not impact based on contracting mucsles and it is very good and tires you out
like aerobics. However this BODY FLEX thing is suppose to be based on
breathing in different positions. Lots of claims about the lost inches and
people going down 3 and 4 dress sizes. Is this just a firming technique? Is
this for real? Anyone tried it?
